November 30, the National Development and Reform Commission announced 2022 (the 29th batch) of national enterprise technology center to be recognized list. Ltd. and other 113 enterprise technology centers, and 8 sub-centers such as Beijing Huayuan Taimeng Energy-saving Equipment Co., Ltd. are to be recognized as national enterprise technology centers and sub-centers. Among them, Henan Guangyuan New Material Co., Ltd. enterprise technology center is listed.

Enterprise Technology Center is a technology R&D and innovation institution set up by enterprises according to the needs of market competition, which is responsible for formulating enterprise technology innovation planning, carrying out industrial technology R&D, creating and applying intellectual property rights, establishing technology standard system, gathering and training innovative talents, building collaborative innovation network, and promoting the implementation of the whole process of technology innovation. According to the requirements of innovation-driven development and economic restructuring, the state will identify and give policy support to qualified enterprise technology centers with strong innovation capability, good innovation mechanism and leading demonstration role, in order to encourage and guide enterprises to continuously improve their independent innovation capability.
