On April 12-14, 2019, the National Glass Fiber/Composite Industry 2019 Work Conference was held at the Golden Phoenix International Hotel in Zhaoqing High-tech Zone, Guangdong Province. More than 200 participants from all over the country attended the conference to discuss the new situation and new tasks faced by the industry in 2019, actively seek new ideas for the future transformation and development of the industry.

The leaders and guests attending this meeting include: Bai Yunfeng, raw materials department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Hu Jirong, researcher of the Department of Industrial Policy/ deputy governor of Yanggao County, Shanxi Province, Wu Yongtai, chairman of China Composites Industry Association/ chairman of Xinda Industrial Group Co. Huang Jiakang, Executive Chairman of International Automotive Lightweighting Alliance, Chen Pingsheng, etc. The company attended the meeting as vice president.
With the theme of "Capacity Control, Structure Adjustment, Integration of Two Chemicals, and Green, Healthy and Sustainable Development of the Industry", experts from various fields were invited to share their experiences and give advice. Ltd. and Mr. Wei Fuhai, Vice President of China Composites Industry Association/Zhaoqing Futian Chemical Industry Co. Bai Yunfeng, raw materials department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, informed the participants of the work of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the next step of fiber composites industrial policy formulation and revision. After the meeting, Zhang Fuxiang, Executive Chairman of China Composites Industry Association/Executive Vice Chairman of China Composites Industry Association, made a concluding speech of the working session.
